We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee! We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 30 days of receipt. You should follow the procedure below:

• Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation : Due to our quick dispatch times, please contact to cancel order before 3PM on day of purchase or next working day for orders placed overnight
• Conditions of return : Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours (Monday to Saturday in UK).
Order placed before 3PM will shipped in the same day.

We offer a FREE shipping service in the UK via Royal Mail Standard 48 hour or Tracked delivery and dispatch same day.

International Delivery - Within Europe
We offer a paid shipping service via Royal Mail International Tracked - Individual shipping costs calculated at checkout
Upon dispatch of the Products from our warehouses, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email.
Delivered within 5-21 working days
International Delivery - Everywhere else
We offer a paid delivery service via Royal Mail or other courier - Individual shipping costs calculated at checkout.
2.1 : Delivery Tracking
Upon dispatch of the Products from our warehouse, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email.
This will include any relevant tracking information or link where available. This tracking link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.
Please note:
It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
All Products are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
international orders
All international orders including Europe may subject to duties and import taxes and that's not included in the price. Please check with your local authority.
